Watch communications pick up pace dramatically toward 1.11.21, though electronics may go haywire the following day.  Haywire and chaos, missed connections that imply you need a new electronic device or app.  Really, what needs to happen here is to take a close look at the budget so as not to overspend on items needed for work—look to see if there’s a way to space out payments.  Sometimes this refers to team or professional network dues or tuition.  

The real meat of this month kicks in toward January 13th marks a new 4-week trend that indicates a new job that requires you renovate and remove all that’s old an outmoded, yet what you are inheriting is a bull-in-the-china shop mess.  You’d like to help guide and institute and lead this new structure, but there’s a chance that the finances are so bungled or you meet with the angry and upset who want and need resources now.  

Commerce wants to happen so there’s a bucking reaction toward any attempt to herd or lock down.  The budget requires revision and ingenuity.  If you take on new work at this time, know that you are cleaning up the legacy of someone who has left you a hot potato, or this could be very well a situation where you come into a new job or position of authority due to someone else making a dramatic exit. 

For some Arians, this may have nothing to do with work as much as a big life transition or retirement for a parent that you were not anticipating because it seems unexpected.  January is a month of shake-ups, and you ought to know that your greatest strength this year are your leadership skills.  Once we reach the second half of January, income should resume flow and your friends and social networks prove to be valuable.
