Capricorn Forecast for December 2020
(December 22 – Januray 19)
Goats face a big month ahead that’s filled with new trends…. As December launches, one of the big themes that carries into the New Year speaks of staying in the loop with your routine, keeping your head down when it comes to water cooler talk (seriously, what’s the water cooler for 2020? Texting?). While this always speaks of the need to be on the high alert for nosy work mates, there’s actually a lot of good transpiring on your behalf that you’re not aware of during the first half of December. You’re being super-productive, for one, which is really impressive, given that many use the holidays as a perfect excuse to coast.
Know that you have what it takes to finish off some old work projects that have been lingering for some time. If you get stuff done now, it saves a lot of problems later. So the Goat is in Fix-It/Get a Cup of [bleep] Done mode. And there’s something you’re investigating or ruminating quite intensely but keeping under your hat at the moment.
During the first week of December, a compassionate or empathetic conversation with a great friend is on the agenda and could exchange insights that help you (or help them) navigate a tricky situation or obstacle that arises this week. December 9th is a day of either distraction or drifting solitude, not the most productive. Pay attention to important messages that could get lost or cut off. December 10th brings positive revision to a work goal or else uncovering a useful detail.
December 14th marks the last solar eclipse of the year, which means that this month into the first quarter of 2021 will be hopping with headlines, as always with eclipse season. If you’ll recall how eventful June through August had been, this is when those chickens come home to roost.
All the signs are dealing with a lot right now, as some aspect or area of life is flailing on the line at the end of the hook, so to speak, with little room for compromise. Goats appear to be caught between a rock and a hard place with a domestic concern. It could also be a personal issue, limitation or old skeleton of guilt over a mess that you’re doing your best to work through, Lady MacBeth stylee, as it speaks of a past matter that was performed in haste and repented at leisure. You’ll want to maintain a solid routine and focus on research. Sometimes, this requires visiting an institution that emphasizes solitude.
The week of December 17th through the 23rd is a big one that heralds a new, 2.5 year long trend that will require you to be more conservative with earnings, though earnings do promise to be good for the upcoming year. Don’t take that for granted! Save what you can.
You’ve been through a dramatic growth curve over the past couple of years and are still not out of the woods in terms of being very aware of power plays and politics, especially when it comes to teams and social networks. So this week speaks of the first round of expansion and contraction both when it comes to your earnings. Potentially, it’s a new, positive phase to your work, especially if you are a writer, based on developments that transpired earlier this month.
At the same time, toward December 23rd, there’s a rumpus at home. Lots of noise and rearranging of the furniture, bailing of the old. You’re clearing house, both literally and emotionally or performing surgery on its contents.
December 25th on through Boxing Day and that weekend, pay attention to what inspirations that come to you through play or through your children, if you have any. Otherwise, this could indicate a lively romance or meeting of minds with someone online.
December 29th marks a new 2-week trend that carries into the New Year, indicating a financial situation that will require negotiation and compromise, particularly as it pertains to a financial matter. All appears to work out if you make an effort. Another possibility is that these next two weeks builds on the new online contact made. If not online, this could a situation where you meet people that come through your partner’s contacts, and develop a strong friendship with one of that tribe. If you have children, one of them could have good news to share between now and the New Year.
As this year closes, there is a tang of disappointment showing up regarding an unfulfilled ideal or a loss, and this is true for all the signs. For Goats with grown children, a child could have moved away or had to forfeit some aspect of their education due to the pandemic and you’re probably not pleased with the state of drift when it comes to communications at work, not to mention the lack of structure that’s been the reigning status quo. Focus on what you can negotiate from now into January because the sparks of inspiration that come through others is what carries the most joy.
