Pisces Forecast for December 2020
(February 19 – March 20)
Pisceans face a big close-out to 2020 this month, with the theme of the first half of December showing a picture of frazzled Fishies who are trying to keep it together, balancing the home hubbub with necessary research for work and getting piled with favors and numerous tasks to take care of like a 3-ring circus.
The joy you obtain over these next two seeks appears to be with decorating the place for holidays or making improvements about your living space. At the same time, it looks as if you’re trying to avoid arguments and philosophical disagreements with a close partner or a family member, especially when it comes to a child’s schooling. If single, this would refer to a shelved trip or a difference of opinions between yourself and a loved one, with both parties essentially wanting the same goal yet having different approaches.
The first week of December appears to be pleasantly escapist and a bit romantic as you fixate on a friend who is located at a distance. This person is very empathic, understanding and supportive. At the same time, lots of news is flashing your way on the job, at home and with family. This first week is really where the circus and tension arises, especially when it comes to concern for what measures to take with your routine that best maintain your health along with the health of those around you. Sometimes, this can indicate a lack of clarity coming from authority that you usually rely upon for guidance that simply happens to be lacking right now.
December 10-11th shows that you can rely on a friend for good advice. This person is someone you admire greatly who is very persuasive. If there’s a big goal that you’re chugging towards, you may find yourself googling or hitting the books to learn a few more details. This serves you well, as your level of organization and doggedness earns you a bit of a raise. It might not be as much as you’d hoped for but given these crazy times, take it and run.
Since mid-November, Pisceans have been fixated on a team goal at work and feeling boxed in, unable to make much headway. Imagine those old slapstick movies where the skinny guy gets stuck in the doorway, sandwiched shoulder-to-shoulder between two burly muscle men as his feet cycle in mid-air, going nowhere fast. That pretty much describes work these days.
In spite the question marks that mid-month brings with domestic and family matters, you appear to be making a fresh start at work that you’ve worked hard for. A woman at your work may be on the way out, yet you stand to benefit from this. Trust your social network to offer you good advice, as over the next couple weeks, you appear to be graced with new opportunities at work that align with your general philosophy better. This theme carries well into the new year.
For all the zodiac signs, the week of December 17 through the 21st puts us into a new playing field that everyone first tasted back in March. I doubt there will be another officially mandated lockdown, as it’s likely each state will be playing it by ear. Take it seriously. There’s some big year-end goal or milestone that you’ve managed to achieve by now that you started to dig into this past March…and you ought to congratulate yourself for the accomplishment!
Over the next 2.5 years, the theme for Pisceans speaks of introspection. The Fish is likely to get some flash of an idea based on the news or something you just pick up on during your daily travels…and then drag it home like a sticky wad of gum at the bottom of your shoe that you mentally chew over during the wee hours.
The healthy way of handling these next 2.5 years is to pay attention to these idea flashes but ask yourself what value you have, because you’ll find their value to be a shifting variable. And you’re panning for gold here because there will be something that clicks that could pay off. For now, it’s an incubation process, solitary, back burner, a question along the lines of, “If I could put X-Impossible inside a bottle, it would give me the freedom to do [fill in the blank.]”.
You’ll have a clearer idea of whatever it is toward 2025, which I know is more than 2.5 years—but at least you’ll have made better hay of that time period. The other part of this picture is that your social network is likely to undergo some alteration, especially as you look back a couple years from now, especially as you learn to focus on those who are supportive, considerate and understanding of your need for time-outs and personal space.
Communications with friends picks up toward the 21st, and it looks like Pisceans land quite a boost at work from those who sing your praises anonymously. December 23rd: if you’re running around, out and about, mind your belongings. Or, let’s say you’re dealing with a legal concern that stems back to mid-December—it looks as if you must pay a fee or face an expense.
If you have travel fare, you may not get it back. Ditto for school tuition, and it has entirely to do with some ancient bit of policy. In a philosophical sense, a group, team or network that’s rather traditional is trying to twist your arm rather disagreeably into revising and realigning your values according to their terms.
December 25th-27th, pay attention to your emails at work or any kind of online/zoom group correspondence, as it should offer problem-solving advice and insight, especially when it comes to improving efficiency. There’s a lot of work you’ll be able to get done on your own with ease.
December 29th into the first half of the New Year is themed with some concern regarding an impossible female boss who keeps tasking you with stuff to a point that taxes your patience. All the signs are showing wear and tear at this point of the calendar year, and for Pisceans, it’s been this one person at work (or perhaps a family member) and the lack of clarity with communication and confusing paperwork. Hang in there! The joy to be found in these upcoming weeks comes with focusing on your children or a loved one whilst catching up online and taking the time to have fun—there’s much around you that inspires.
